If you have a mission team you would like to register, use the form below. The cost for team registration is $200 ($210 when paying online). If you need assistance with making your team’s travel plans, contact Nancy at (708) 990-3078 or email@example.com.
Register Team Members
Once you’ve assembled your team, register your team members. See the cost for international and domestic trips below.
Core Volunteer Registration
If you will be joining the Encuentro Team as a Core Volunteer, please register and make payments below.
Team Registration: $200 by December 31, 2019
Other Team Costs:
- Project Funds are due by March 1, 2020
- Translator Fees for International Trips are due by June 1, 2020
Cost per Participant (International Trips)*:
- Early Bird – $639 by November 15, 2019
- Regular Rate – $689 by December 15, 2019
- Late Registration – $739 by January 15, 2020
Cost per Participant (Domestic Trip):
- Early Bird – $400 by April 1, 2020
- Regular Rate – $450 by May 1, 2020
- Late Registration – $500 by June 1, 2020
Core Team Member Cost:
- Domestic Trip – $400
- International Trip – $639

The individual registration cost covers insurance and training materials, as well as meals, lodging, and transportation while on site.

You can make payments by check or online (with a service fee).

Online payments can be made through PayPal using your credit or debit card. There is a $10 service fee for Team Registration online payments and a $25 service fee for each Individual Registration online payment. There is no service fee if you mail a check to Encuentro Missions.
*All payments are nonrefundable. Payments made to Encuentro Missions are transferable to another team, participant, or mission trip.
